Induction of CTCL cell apoptosis by anti-CD3 antibody. CTCL cells were incubated for twenty minutes with either anti-CD4 or anti-CD3 antibody and cultured overnight with column-passaged monocytes. Apoptosis was determined on Day 1 by measuring percentage of cells co-expressing the T cell marker, CD3, and the early apoptotic marker, APO2.7. Tx = treated.
