TNF-α and IL-10 cytokine production in the pancreatic islets of DNA-HSP65+STZ and
DNAv+STZ group mice. After three 100-μg doses of DNA-HSP65 or DNAv, given at 15-day intervals, they were
inoculated with STZ. Control group mice received STZ only (i.p. injections). Pancreatic
islets were analyzed from 5 weeks after the last STZ injection. Unspecific staining
control (A and B). Levels of TNF-α (A, C, E and G) and IL-10 (B, D, F and H) were
evaluated in STZ group mice (C and D), DNA-HSP65+STZ group mice (E and F) and DNAv+STZ
